Buying resale at either BCV or BWV...which one should we choose?

We struggled with this choice. In the end I am very happy with the BWV points that we have. Our experience so far has been that we have been able to book BCV within 7 months when we wanted to. My perception is that BCV is easier to book within 7 months than a board walk view villa. And, if we don't get BCV when we want it, we will always have a great Boardwalk View.
The view and the balcony are important to us.

Okay 1 thing I could never understand, with all the hype with SAB why hasn't dvc created another pool like it at another resort? I would have thought SSR with the size of the resort and no real access to parks would have been the ideal resort to do something like this and increase sales and demand. Anyone know why?

We have both- we bought BCV first (25 through Disney, 100 through resale) and just added on BWV (100 resale) this January. I think the reason they keep buying BCV points back is because they can sell them- there is more of a demand for them. We waited 4 months for that 25 points to become available through Disney- the guide told us that those points are very popular, and smaller use years are even harder to get (ours is June). We added on at BWV to be able to alternate stays (and take advantage of those Standard point villas! ). I think they are both great resorts- our preference is BCV, but that is where we always stayed prior to owning DVC, so we might be biased. I will say that I prefer the size of it to BWV, it's so small and that makes it very convenient to all the BC amenities (like when you want to refill your mug). You really can't beat the price of those BWV points on the resale market, though! Both are great places to stay- good luck with your decision!!

Oh- and I think the reason they haven't built another stormalong Bay anywhere is because that pool is very expensive to maintain...
