buying relocation property

Hi. Does anybody know who fixes problems in a relocation property. The home owner or the relocation company. I am trying to buy a house that is being sold via relocation company. It has some issues in inspection that I would like to be fixed before I do my own inspection. Or is the home as is?

Usually the relocation company ownes the home after buying it from the person they relocated. You can look on the tax record and it will say who the owner is. Tax records here are online and you can search based on the tax id# or the address of the house.

Generally speaking, a company won't do any repairs based on what is found in the inspection unless it has a mutually accepted contract. Do you have that? It also depends on what repairs are needed. Everything is negotiable unless it needs a major repair so that a bank won't finance the property.
