Buying refillable mugs on ebay

Gotta agree with the last 2 posters. I keep clicking to see what has been added to brighten my day....not a *itchin' thread at all. Maybe some rabbit stew to go with that canned corn? (and anyone who remembers canned corn has been here a l-o-o-o-o-n-n-n-n-g time! :teeth: )

BTW-If we walk through the smoking areas, my DD's always start to cough and complain, and I set them straight.

And, yup. I did the same search on ebay  I just usually call up one of my sisters if I need a mug! :earseek: But. . . no trip planned for this year :( so it is a moot point.

Have a great day, everyone!

You know the stroller thread..hmm..wonder if we can start a "share the mug" program at Disney? Gee..we could have incorporated it with the stroller. Mugs could have been put in the stroller bag, and whoever got the stroller, would get the mugs. Too bad the stroller swapping program is coming to an end.

As far as crying kids go..just become a grandmother..something happens to you then, and you don't hear the crying. The thing you still hear is the mom saying, one more time and you are having time out, over and over again, til you want to put the mom in time out!

Gee, this thread is just too tame!

What I want to know is: Do you think I can trust my 4 y/o to take last years' mug and get a refill and not tell anyone that since she is small, we didn't get a ticket for her, and that there are 9 of us in the room? I would just plow through with the stroller and get it myself, but I don't want anyone to know we took the stroller back to the room with us! And anyway, I don't want to have to put out my cig after a hard day of screaming in the parks!!!

LOLOLOLOL Just kidding!!!!! LOLOLOLOL

Was she getting the refill right after you went swiming at AKL, after taking the boat from the Contemporary, where you parked all day for free while visiting Magic Kingdom, direct from Holiday Inn?

You set who straight? The smokers who are correct in being in the smoking area? Well thats stupid. I am a smoker and I'd tell you and your daughter where to stick it if you were too lazy to walk around the smoking area and then had the nerve to say something to me.

You should change your name to angry_bunni

Actually, I read her post to mean that she sets her DDs straight about the smokers being in the correct place and not to make a scene about it.

 Thanks, crissup. That is exactly what I meant. ::yes:: Sometimes, we're not quite clear, are we? And I guess that a little patience, consideration of others and understanding is all that is required whenever we hit reply. ;)

I guess I was confused you said "I set them straight" as in the smokers. I just didn't know you meant you used the smokers as an example for your daughters not to smoke. Really though, there are many people who would walk though a smoking area and complain that people were smoking, so I'm not that far off.

Many times non-smokers will sit in a smoking area of a busy resturant just because the choose "first available" and then they'll sit there and shoot dirty looks and even make rude remarks about people smoking. I honestly don't think people should be given the option of "first available", it causes an inconvenience to smokers. This is because smoking sections are usually much, much smaller than the non-smoking section, making it more difficult for a smoker to sit there anyway. Then you have non-smokers taking up seats that are really unesassary for them to be in. It isn't like I have the option to sit first available and then smoke in the non-smoking section.

But anyway, sorry for the confussion Debbie - -

Well, that won't be a problem you'll have in either Florida or my home state, NY (and soon. my son's new adopted country, Ireland), since they no longer allow smoking in restaurants.

it's been like that in Australia and certain parts of Canada too.

This thread has had me laughing, I just found it tonight and I can't believe I've read the whole thing ;). I'm in the right mood for it to tickle me and I'm enjoying the cans of corn thrown in with the bread bags.

I'm glad the misunderstanding about the smoking section was cleared up (I think we all agree non-smokers should not throw dirty looks and complain in smoking sections) but I had tears, actual tears, rolling down my cheeks when I read "angry_bunni" :duck: My DH wondered what was wrong with me but I wasn't about to read through all of these pages so he would understand. Sometimes, you just have to have "been there" so to speak.

I have learned in the 6 years (SIX YEARS!!!   ) that I have been involved with this site that it is just easier never to try to explain to DH things that go on here. He just never "gets it."

Yes, strawberryblonde, you just have to "be there." :)

(But save him $$$ on passes and get free breakfasts and $20 rooms and that is a WHOLE different matter. ;) )

whew..I saw Beth had posted, and thought that death had come to this thread LOL. Instead, we got her to join us!
