Hi all,

Ready to purchase my tickets for our 11/28 trip - yahoo!

I am using undercovertourist.com based on the recommendations from this board. Before I order the tickets, I just want to make sure I'm doing it right!!!! :)

I am going to purchase the 5 day + one free day park hopper pass ($247 for adults; $213 for a child). I will be there for only 5 days but the 6 day is the only one that they offer for park hopper & its the cheapest. I do purchase the tickets for Disney WORLD, right (not the California disney)? :) Will the tickets be here in time? I'm assuming they will. This site is definitely the cheapest since taxes are included!

Thank you all so much for your help. We can't wait to go.........

Yep, you'll be all set with those tickets....I headed over to UndercoverTourist just to be on the safe side...seems that their 3 days+3 is $247, same as their 4+2 days and their 5+1 day!!! Evidently a 6 day park hopper is going to cost $247...no matter how you work it. Just thought that was kind of funny.
Anyway...if you order them now, you should have them in plenty of time for your trip. I seem to remember it taking about a week for our tickets to come from them. And yes, you do want the Disney World tickets, not Disneyland.

I ordered my tickets last night for our 11/25-12/02 trip. My BIL wanted the 5 day with 1 day free. I called my DH over to see the prices are all the same for the 3 with 3 on up. He thinks that it is a project to see which option people pick. We actually got the 7 day because it was only 3 dollars more.

Just wondering, what is the bottom line difference in the cost of Undercover Tourist vs WDW park tickets?

Very little. It's never been worth it for my family to take the risk of going with an outside company and the hassle of a 3rd party.

Now, before 75,000 Undercover Tourist/Malple Leaf fans jump down my throat, I'm sure many many many people have had wonderful experiences. However, I've never seen the savings add up to more than a couple of dollars a ticket, and I prefer the knowledge that I bought it straight from Disney, and Disney has all my personal info/etc., so if I loose them or what have you I just have to deal with Disney. It was just never worth going through a 3rd party for me.

About the only time I'd use a broker like that would be for the 2-3 day park hoppers you can sometimes get on sale...but for MYW tickets of normal length, I prefer to go through WDW. The piece of mind is worth the couple of bucks you save. I think on my last family trip we priced it out, and we would have saved about $5/ticket.

thank you all so much for your help and for not criticizing me for my silly questions! :)

i just ordered them and am totally excited for our trip. it will be our first and have a 4 yo dd. can't wait for her to experience the "magic." btw, re: the bottom line price difference. I think going thru undercover saved me about $50 overall b/c taxes were included whereas they were NOT included going thru Disney directly.

thanks again everyone,

Mary
