Buying Milk at DLH

My son can litterally drink a half gallon of Milk in 2 days. Does anyone know if you can purchase a half gallon at DLH (maybe the gift shop or someplace close)? Even a Quart would be better than buying him 3 little cartons a day at $2-3 a pop.

I was looking for milk at the DLH last month. All I could find in the gift shop was the little cartons.

On past trips, we have stayed offsite and gotten at least a quart, if not a half gallon, can't remember for sure, at the gift shop in the Tropicana Inn. It's so close, that you could take a walk over there to get your milk. The Tropicana is right across the street from the main entrance. Walking from the DLH, go past the entrance to DL towards the Lion King parking shuttle. Exit the resort, cross the street, and Tropicana is 2 hotels down on the left. There's also a Denny's, IHOP, McDonalds, and Mimi's Cafe right out here, so it might be a good lunch trip. Just stay away from Capt'n Kidds.

I thought the last time I was at DLH you could get milk and other stuff in the little store like place by the Neverland Pool.. That was two years ago so maybe it changed but I think they would still have that!!

Yes, you can get milk and snacks at the gift shop. But it's just the little cartons. If you want something bigger so you don't have to keep buying more and more, you'll need to go to a different shop.

There's a 7-11 at Katella and Harbor, but I wouldn't be surprised if Wonderland Liquor, on Katella due south of the DLH, had quarts and/or half-gallons of milk.

Whitewater Snacks at GC has small jugs of milk- both chocolate and 2%.

I remember the coffee shop inside the bookstore in Downtown Disney had bigger jugs of milk too (like a quart maybe). It is at the end of DTD closest to the DLH so not far away at all.

Can you stop at a grocery store on your way to check in and get a gallon to start you off?

We're taking SS to the resort. These are all good ideas....I'm sure between one of them I'm sure to find it!
