Hi Everyone. I am new and I might put an offer on a loaded contract with a sept UY. My question is can I ask the seller to bank the 2012 points prior to closing the deal? And I would only have less than six months to use all of the 2011 banked points. Will it be easy to rent the points out or make a reservation with that time constraint? Thanks in advance.

This is the exact senerio that we put an offer in at the start of Nov 12. our use year is Apr. We knew there was no way of using the 2012 points so that was the condition of the offer, have them banked. They agreed, and we didnt pay the MF on the 2011 or 2012 points, they were free.

We closed and had our Membership mid Dec and had our 2011 and 2013 points rented before the new year. We are using our 2012 points in sept 2013.
So the way I looked at our purchase was we were accepted at $61per, but knew we were renting 440 points at @10 so that dropped our actual cost down to $41per. A little bonus for us was Daves was and is still offering $11, so an extra $440 in the pocket to spend in Sept.

If you look at your numbers your price per can offer slightly higher then the going becuase you will be able to rent out your extras. Dave will be able to use them, and hes very easy to use.
