Buying LL freezes after second page?

I was practicing trying to get an LL for RoTR hoping I would have one final warning before it charged me, and after the first click to accept that time, then the next button to buy, it just spun and spun with a message like "preparing a little magic". I gave up after 5 minutes. What do you do in that case? Trying to have a backup for a day when I really try and then get the email a code to your email problem or this.
