Buying Halloween costumes at DLR?

We'll be in the park on 10/25. Do you think that this close to Halloween I'll be able to buy a costume for DD (2 at the time) at the park or at least find some pieces that could work as a costume?

there's always costumes in the stores. not sure if they have any halloween ones but princess costumes, yes.

They have costumes but can tell you that close to Halloween you'll be lucky to find the size you want.

Disneyland always has costumes available. This week, I saw all the princesses, Tink, pirates, Star Wars and Peter Pan in various shops. Sometime before Halloween (probably in September) they change over a shop on Main Street for costumes, so there will be plenty of places to buy. If one store doesn't have the size you need, they can look up in their computer which shop would have the correct size. The Disneyland costumes are expensive. All kids costumes I saw were $65. The Disney Store in the mall also has a few costumes available now, and will get their Halloween shipments beginning in August. Their costumes range from $40-$90 for kids.

Is it sad that I am already planning out our costumes for Halloween in DL?

Not at all. I have been buying bits and pieces to my costume, I bought my youngest son 2 costumes, and my 2nd youngest 1 costume that he doesnt even want, I just like it (its a child size Grumpy, and it is very nice!!)
