Thinking of buying a DVD from The Laughing Place (the one which is 20 hrs long and shows all the parks etc), just wondering if anyone has bought anything from them in the past, and if they have, are they a good company to deal with.

I bought a cd from them last week. Its suppose to ship today. Ill let you know if it comes. I have had no problem as of yet. In my book it was easy to order too.

We bought the set of DVDs. It takes awhile but it gets there. Plus, if you have a problem let them know, they're pretty responsive.

I've bought several different items from them. They allways come well packed and done correctly. Give them 7-10 business days before you contact them about receiving your package.

I have bought things from them in the past and recieved great service. One thing though is that it is very expensive because of the mark ups on merchandise. I would first call Disney merchandising and see if they have the dvd you are interested in because they will only charge you the actual price of the item plus standard shipping rates.

The DVD in question is not available from Disney, as it is a fan-produced DVD.

To the OP: Laughing Place has great service - you will have no regrets!

I bought a Christmas ornament from them once and had no problems. I agree with Skylarr29, though; if an item is available directly from WDW or DL, I wouldn't be willing to pay LaughingPlace's markup. I was shocked recently to see an item I had just bought at WDW for $26 going for $45 on LP.

I've purchased a few things from them and have had no problems. I bought name tags for my girls and they were slightly scratchedand I recieved an email indicating the scratch and a few days later two new ones arrived free of charge. :woohoo:

I ordered loads of stuff from the laughing place just before christmas. DVDs kitchen stuff, stationary. I am also in England and had no problems. I will definetely use them again.

I ordered that DVD set through ReliveTheMagic and got a discount on it. It's a great set. Although, I wish it hadn't been taken during X-Mas. In addition, there are a large number of attractions missing. (because they don't let you videotape, I assume)...also a lot of hotels aren't included in the walkthrough.

In terms of Laughing Place, I think they are incredibly expensive....
