Buying From Roadside Fruit Stands

do you buy fresh fruit or vegetables from farmers market type roadside fruit stands or only at a grocery store/ super market?

Lady and I go to a local fruit stand that sells the best fresh peaches, blackberries and tomatoes.

In the fall we like to find stands that sell jonathan apples and cider.

Roadside stands in the summer are soooo much better than supermarket stuff..that stuff comes from everywhere else and half the time isn't even ripe or edible...

Mmmmmmmmmm.....living here in South Jersey, we have lots of roadside stands that sell mostly Jersey tomatoes, corn on the cob, strawberries, and green beans.

I LOVE to buy from stands.....the fruit and veggies are always fresh and delicious!

We have a farmer's market downtown and that is where I get all our tomatoes, corn on the cob, peaches, okra, etc.

yep! we have Reggies Veggies that we shop at a lot!

We always bought from roadside stands. The veggies were always the best. Even when I was growing up, I can remember stopping coming home from our vacations.
