Buying extra DVC points?

Hi

Am juggling plans for next year. As a UK based visitor, we don't travel every year, so the limitation on only borrowing 50% of the points from the next use year is a bit of a pain. However am I still able to buy those 24 additional one-time use points, as that would certainly solve a problem for me!

yes, 24 OTU points can be bought once per UY, $19pp iirc.
You could also buy another contract if it’s going to be a recurring problem, no idea if 100% borrowing will return, my guess would be about 2024

Problem with 1 time use is it can only be done at 7 months

I just purchased 14 one-time use points for a post-cruise stay. You’ll have to call in to make the reservation. I called in just after 9 am eastern time and was on hold for about 35 minutes. Transaction time for the reservation was about 10 minutes.

Nope. I have a feeling we won’t see it end until mid to late 2022 for trips starting in 2023.
