Hi

We've booked our US tickets and transfers (through DU) for April 3rd.

I'm anticipating a busy day at both parks, and we do only have the one day to do them.

I've had a look on the US website and the Express passes for the day are $31.99, which sort of leads me to believe that they aren't expecting it to be overly crowded.

I think $32 is a pretty good deal to get us on a lot during the day, but DF isn't so sure.

If we get there and it is busy:

1 - Will there be passes still available?

2 - Will they be the same price?

The Express Plus passes should still be available. The only time of year I've ever heard of EPs selling out is during Christmas week.

The prices should be the same but are subject to change. If they are only $31.99 for the days you're here, I doubt seriously you have much to worry about.

$32 sounds pretty good to me. I'm pretty sure that the price changes based on availability. The more they sell, the less they have available and the higher the price gets. So you could wait til you get to the park, but there's alway the risk that the price could go up.

We ended up buying Express Passes midday out of exasperation the last time were were at US/IOA because the lines were so long, and they cost us almost $60 each. But they were also totally worth it!!

We were contemplating the same thing - buy ahead of time or at the park - so we looked up the price online last night. The price listed then was the 2nd cheapest price level they had for EP ($26 maybe??). We are leaning towards buying when we get there and see the crowds.

we are planning to go first week of oct after a few days at WDW.

we can go either Sun or Mon, passes show 19.99, is that because its so far out and they will go up or just because the parks aren't as busy?

tks!

Low crowds are expected when the EPs are that cheap. You won't need them during early October.
