Buying Disney tickets via TICKET MANIA

I just tried to order tickets on Ticket Mania via their internet site as recommended by the Mousesavers newsletter.

I ordered the passes and selected the option to pay by check rather than put on my credit card. It seemed like a good idea at the time....

Well, I rec'd an email confirmation from them, and they are telling me to mail the check then they will ship the tickets, but I cannot find a mailing address for them on the website, nor on my confirmation form.

I called the toll free phone number - got a recording and left a message, but I am a little worried.

Anyone else had this problem, or am I just blind?

I ordered tickets from them in July and got them within a few days - no problem. I used my debit card though which is attached to my checking account. It makes things much quicker and the funds still come out of my checking account rather than charging. They are closed on the weekends so you may not be able to get through to them until Monday.

They have a good reputation, dont worry - they will get back toyou.

I wonder why they tell you to mail the check to the "address below" and then don't print the address?

PigPen, it may have just been human error. I know many times I have referred to things I have "attached" or enclosed and then just forgot.

Don't worry. Easy for me to say, I know I freak out when I cannot reach someone by phone.

Yeah, it's pretty easy to freak when you order $1000 plus worth of stuff and not certain if it went through...I think I will go to bed now.

My life has been full of all these little glitches lately. I wish I was going to Disney sooner than the end of April!

Pig Pen, don't worry!
Ticketmania is very reliable and they'll come through for you, I promise. We've used them numerous times, spending big bucks like you are, and have never had a problem. We bought some DisneyQuest tickets from them in June and after we got them learned about the Fairy Tale Package, which we bought, and didn't need the DQ tix. I, too, got the answering machine and was getting a little freaked. They refunded the tickets easily. I'm sorry I didn't keep the address where we mailed them back. Just call again, remind them that you've called before, and ask them to please return your call ASAP or send you an email - leave your email address of course. I promise they'll respond. I think the lady that called me was Eileen. She apologized and said they are just really really busy.

Ive just looked at the site....if you go to the main page you will see a line of headings running along the top......hover under the one to the far left " home" and a list comes down if you click on "directions to store" it gives you the address and a map of Ticketmania. You only seem to get the scroll down list if you first go to the "contact us " page ...then the headings work!!

Hope thats what you wanted.
