Is it possible to buy a Disney gift card from the Disneystore online using Disney gift cards?

We are probably getting a lot of them from a wedding shower and I'd rather have them all on one card then carrying 10 cards with 20 each on it.

Call the number on the back of the card and request to have the amounts consolidated onto one card.

I tried to consolidate my gift cards at the Disney store and their policy was that you could not buy a gift card with other gift cards. If you are on property, you can use them to pay off room Charges at the hotel desk.

I would do that but our room is already paid for. When you tried at a store was it in a actual store or was it online? Cause I'm also hoping to use my Disney rewards points to buy a card online.

It was at a Disney store in the mall.

Think I'll try to buy one online and use the other cards to check out. I'll let everyone know how it works out.

Or, you could try to buy one online and see that there's no option to pay for it w with a gift card so consolidation this way would be impossible.

I tried at the Disney Store at the Mall. The lady was super nice and tried to force it through, but the system would not allow it.

OK, it looks like I won't be able to use gift cards to buy a gift card online through the Disney Store. I just added a GC to my cart and tried to check out and a GC was not available as a form of payment. My Disney Rewards Visa was though so at least I can do that. Looks like I'll have to get a GC holder to carry them around. That stinks...

Are you staying onsite? If so, just charge everything back to your room and then pay off your balance at the front desk with the gift cards. Atleast then you will not have to carry them around in the parks everyday.

my plan for F&WF was to buy one of those wristband style giftcards and load it with discount gcs I bought elsewhere...looks like that isn't possible, bummer.

We'll be staying at the Swan, so no room charges either...on the plus side, I probably don't have to buy magicbands anymore since they really won't be that useful.
