Buying discount park passes?

I just checked Unlocked Magic and compared them to UT for our trip in December. UM is a little cheaper but UT has refundable and modifiable tickets, which I think is worth the slight difference in cost. DD recently modified the starting date of her 3-day ticket from UT and they actually gave her a small refund.

Mine was a $30 difference. That’s 2 lemon citron slushies!! But I have locked down my trip at this point so won’t need the change anything. Yes, that could be a good point for many to consider.

So I got the discount but, in WDW’s system, it is a full price ticket.

That’s correct. If you change or upgrade, the credit is WDW’s price on the day you bought from the reseller.

It looks like Boardwalk Ticketing may be coming back?? For the last year or so the website was completely down but it started showing back up in my Google search results and the website actually works…no tickets available to buy as of today (the site says “Our tickets will be right back!”) but maybe this is a sign?

I’ve bought from them a few times over the years, the pricing was always at least a little bit better than UT and they showed the end price (including all taxes and fees) from the very beginning so there were no surprises when you went to check out.

They disappeared a year or so ago (may even have been a bit longer than that), the site was down and everything, but now the site is back up so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Unlocked Magic has received multiple positive reports recently, and they’re on TP’s list of ticket vendors. I’d buy from them.

This is good to know for when I need new tickets. We have tickets for next two trips and then need to buy again. Thanks

I've bought tickets from both Unlimited Magic and Maple Leaf tickets and have had positive experiences with both.
