If this is still a tough decision to make I would go to the Swan and see if you are back into Disney...you said you won't go with family for 2-3 years from now. So always have time to reassess once the dust settles

I didn’t see it in the thread, so I’ll add. You owned dvc in the past, so It shouldn’t be a surprise, but dvc ownership works best when you plan well in advance. If wanting specific things 3 to 4 months out, and being very focused on it is not unusual for you, dvc will be frustrating. If this is a unique situation, then dvc might work for you.
