If you buy an Annual pass I'm pretty sure there Will be your photo on the pass. I'm a little confused.

Do you have to Bring a photo or do they make it at the ticket booth or are
They doing something else?

They take your photo the first time you enter the park with your ticket. You don't need to provide a photo. The photo isn't on the card. It will show on a screen that the CM's can see each time you enter the park.

Another question. How Long is a annual pass valid. For example if I buy the pas today 08/20/16 will it be valid 08/20/17 included or not. I now in WDW it works like that.

Wow that's great helps me a great deal. Sound not like much but helps me a lot.

It becomes valid on the first day that you use it to get into one of the parks. So if you buy it today, but don't use it until, say, November 6th....it will "activate" at that point and be valid until the following November 6th.

It seems I need to contact Disney. I just bought my first AP on 7/20 so I looked to make sure mine expires 7/20/17 and it says "valid through 7/17/17". That's shorting me 3 days!

Ok something is definitely wrong. Just checked DH's pass and his also expires 7/17/17 yet he didn't enter the park until 7/22/17, that's 5 days short! I already emailed them about the discrepancy.

Hopefully they'll take care of this. I've heard of others having this problem too; in the cases I read it was fixed. Always a good idea to check your expiration date online.

Did you either upgrade from an AP or buy your APe at the ticket booths days before you entered the park?

I bought a 5 day PH online but never used it to enter the park, just took it straight to the ticket booth to get my AP. DH had a 3 day PH that was first used on 7/22 but upgraded to AP on 7/24 so I know his AP should date back to 7/22

Very strange. I think it had to do with the tickets you traded, but since you never used them it's not right. Let us now what Disney did.

one thing that is a little annoying since they stopped putting your picture on the AP is that you will need a photo ID to use your annual pass for discounts. when your picture was on the card you didn't. so when I go to the park I keep three cards together, AP, drivers license and credit card, and just give them all three anytime I make a purchase.

We first entered the parks on 6/27 with five-day PHs. We upgraded to APs as we were leaving on our last day, 7/1 (yes, I know. I wanted to upgrade them day two right after we used our MM, but the DH took some convincing. We got exactly ZERO discount use out of them on that trip. I paid full-price for my Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour and didn't have to.) Our APs expire a year from the day BEFORE we first used our tickets, 6/26. Officially, they run 6/27/16-6/26/17.

That's wrong. They should start and expire on the same day of the year. If you're going to be there on the 27th next year then you should write to them and get it corrected.

Anyone able to offer any advice please? I recently purchased my husband a Signature Annual Pass on the Disneyland website from Australia. All I've received is a receipt thing? Is that what I show them on our first day at the parks? Thanks!
