Does a grocery store like Publix offer liquor like Vodka or just beer and wine?

No ... but you will most likely find a liquor store next to a Publix or Winn Dixie. Grocery stores (and Walmart) in FL are pretty much limited to wine, beer and malt liquor items.

There is a liquor store chain in FL called ABC Liquors and are all over.....there is definately one or two in Cocoa Beach...

Most Albertsons (grocery store chain) have a liquor store with a seperate entrance, but part of the same building. Typically on the side.

the closest liquor store to the port is ABC Liquor which is about one and a half mile South of the Radisson heading south - they open at 9AM and close at 9PM. There are no liquor stores close to Pulbix or Winn dixie and Albertson is in Merritt Island off the beaten path. Hope that helps
