Buying a small contract??

I'm not sure if this has been asked before so here I go...

I have a great contract at VWL.. I wouldn't give it up for the world but every now and then I would like to stay at the BWV or BCV. Now I don't want to wait til the 7 month window because I want a good view so what I was thinking was I would purchase a small contract.. say 50 points at either BWV or BCV. Will that give me the 11 month window so I can make the reservation and can I use my small contract as well as my VWL contract to pay for it???

If you buy a 50 point contract at one of these resorts you would be able to book at the 11 month window. But you would only be able to book the nights that your 50 point contract would allow. Also remember that at BWV the standard views go first....

Booking at 11 months gives you no better chance at a certain view at the BCV as booking at 7 months. Views are requests only and you can book a month before and get it and someone can book at 11 months and not get it.

Certainly at a few times of the year you might have some difficulty booking at 7 months, but right now as long as you call at 7 months out we have not had any problems in booking.

If you buy the small contract you can only book those points at 11 months, your other contract will still have the same booking window 11 at your home resort, 7 months at others.

The 11 month priority is only available for the points owned at that Home resort. You can combine the points 7 months ahead.
