Buying a gift for someone staying at CS??

My friends are going to DW next week and I want to surprise them with 2 autograph books waiting for them when they checkin.
Does anyone know how I do this?
And include a card

Hi Minnie Mouse Maniac!

Last year my daughter and her friends stayed at CS for their spring break from college. Her birthday fell during their stay and I called the front desk and asked if they could send something to her room for me. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to send but the CM I talked with (I think his name was Bob) asked what I wanted to spend and then he went shopping in the gift shop for me! He called me back several times giving me several choices. We finally settled on a big Mickey and he got a HUGE sombrero to put on his head. He also put together a big bouquet of balloons and a birthday card from Mickey. He was even nice enough to place them in my daughter's room so it was the first thing she saw when she walked in! She was so excited! I don't know if the CM's do this as a rule but it wouldn't hurt to call. Also, there is a web site (giftsofalifetime.com I believe) that will deliver various baskets, etc. There is also the Disney florist.
