Today July 21 @10:42am - CAA has forgotten to raise their rates. (which they might do later in the day?)

CAA is selling at 1.3288 (same as yesterday)
RBC is at 1.3406

and it's trading at 1.3246

now don't worry if you miss it today...I THINK it's going to go back down again but if you need some soon, it might be a good day to get some.
