Buy Tix ahead of time.... Why?

Are the tickets at some of these ticket outlets places I hear posters talking about going to save me alot of $? My family is just going for 2 days. We are not planning on going back in the near future, so the multi day tickets won't apply to us. We were planning to check in at the HRH at 8:00 am and buy our tickets there. Its only the 4 of us. Should I buy the tickets ahead of time online or just wait until checkin?? Thanks!!!

I remember once standing in line for 45 minutes to buy tickets. I thought, "Never again!" I buy mine ahead of time or arrive early to buy them.

there are also automated ticket machines now so you can wait less in line to buy tix.

I just assumed that you purchase the tickets at the check in counter. I thought this was part of the check-in? You mean I have to buy the tickets from a machine in the lobby. . . . and possibly wait in line (after waiting in line to checkin) to puchase tickets??? I might as well buy them ahead of time. Can someone tell me if this is correct.

Buy them ahead of time and always by from a licensed ticket person for any theme park.

I cannot say this enough. The automated machines still do have lines, but if you buy ahead of time, like at a AAA office, you can still get discounts, if you go the night before your planned adventure (like the night you get in), you can also save yourself a line, just buy them someplace licensed!

At the Hard Rock you can purchase your tickets at the Guest Services desk, which is close to the check in desk.

I was wanting to go in March and was wanting to buy tickets online. I see that they have one, 4, or 5 day tickets. I was wanting to get 2 day ticket with the ability to go in and out of the parks. Do they have this option?????

The line for breakfast will probably be longer, but I'd buy them ahead of time just to avoid any line.

Thanks everyone. . . . . ahead of time is it! I'm ordering them from ticketmania, unless someone knows of any other cheaper outlets. I need 2 days multi park. Cannot stay for 3 days, and will not be going back in the near future. Thanks again!!!
