Buy on Disney store delivery to resort don't like it

my Sister brought 2 animator's dolls on Disney store but she don't like it. We are at Disney now (all star sports) where can she return and have a refund (she don't open the boxes)

I'm fairly sure that you can't return Disney Store items at WDW you would need to go to the Disney Store. I think there is one at the florida mall.

Disney store and Disney Parks merchandise are not the same and they are not the same business unit.

I would take them to the resort gift shop and ask. Hopefully someone working there will be able to tell you if they can be returned on Disney property, and where. Good luck!

They should be returned to a Disneystore, not a resort. Some of the Disneystore Animator dolls were actually sold at the parks at one time, but I think now they only sell Anna and Elsa.
