Disney has already announced the prices for their 2019 Military Salute tickets.

What this tells me is that where military tickets are concerned, you will not see an increase in price between now and the end of the year. However, since FP+ reservations can be made at least 30 days in advance (or as many as 60 days out if you're staying onsite or at a good neighbor hotel), it would probably be a good idea to purchase that ticket ahead of the FP+ deadline.
