Buy hopper now for July???

You guys have all been really helpful, and I thought I would get some feedback on this issue. I have "heard" two rumors in relation to DL tickets: 1. The price is going up come May; and 2. DL may have special rates for locals this summer. When would you buy hopper tickets for July - before next week or wait and see if any better deals come up? My niece is on a strict budget, so a $ saved here can be a $ spent in the Emporium.

Prices were already raised for this year so I wouldn't expect any more. (Until next year.)

DON'T count on July discounts with the 50th celebration. Maybe by September...
