Buy 4,get 3 reservation question

We have a reservation using the Buy 4-Get 3 nights that was offered awhile back. Final payment is due in Monday. My question is since this deal isn't being offered any longer, can I still change resorts prior to the trip? What about once final payment is made on Monday? Is there a certain time frame when making changes on this package isn't possible any longer as our trip nears?

From what I have read on the Dis, others have done this with various offers. But the first CM you reach when you call in will not be able to make the change. I would just explain to them what you want and that you believe you have to speak to someone else to dothis. Your call will be transferred.
Also it will depend on availability for the room type and resort you want.

Thanks. My pmt isn't due until Wed. I found out. I phoned and the CM checked for availability at CSR for my dates using the room only code on mousesavers .com but found none with either code. He then checked and found with that code, it was a better deal by $27. so we switched deals. Hey $27. is a family snack at Disney!

You need to ask for Guest Services to make this change. The front line CM's will show zero availability on the offers that the 'book by' date has passed.

Guest services can make changes if availability exists under the promo.

Regardless, you got a better deal so congrats!
