Buy 3 days Get 2 at UT

We (myself, husband, two teen daughters) spend 5 days there easy. We spend two days at each park (alternating) and on the fifth day we park hop and do whatever rides they want to do before we end our vacation. We go weekdays only and spend the weekends at the pool and Citywalk.

We do have park-to-park tickets so we can park hop any of the days but we usually just park hop the last day.

We find five days is nice because we aren't rushing and we can stop and enjoy a sit-down lunch if we want. We also do the rides multiple times each. (We do have Express Passes also, but if you don't do the EPs I recommend the five days, especially since two are free anyway.)

That two days free offer is also available on the Universal Orlando website also. I don't think you have to go through UT for it.

I stay over a week but I pace my time and do more things than just hit rides and shows in the parks

Always on my last full day of vacation, I rush and hit things I missed earlier in the stay

I avoid the pools as not a water person
And I don’t get up at the butt crack of dawn to start my park days

You will be fine having 5 park days for your trip

I love about 5 days myself, but usually spend 7 LOL we pace ourselves, we stay at a premier, so we don't have to worry about super long lines and rarely get there before park opening even though it's a perk lol

I'm different. I'm at rope drop every day and get as many rides in as possible each day. The last time I was there I did The Mummy 11 times

I'd do at least 3-5 days, especially if into HP, and want to really enjoy the experiences, the shows, food, stores, repeat rides, etc. Plus builds in extra days in case a ride is down. This week, Gringotts was down all day Wed, from about 8:00 AM until much later in the day, like 7 or 8 PM. so it's good to have extra time for that kind of thing. So much to do, see, experience, and the more days, the better!!! We did a similar offer several years ago.
