Does anyone know if Early Feb or March is WDW busy season?? We are going around that time and we are coming from Michigan. I dont want to go during their busy time. Thanks

Mid-Feb to mid-April is "peak" season! I am sure there will be spring breakers there.

If you can go anytime, we always enjoyed the first part of May.

Hi there. In 2004 we stayed at FW from Jan28-Feb 10th and that was considered Value Season. Instead of paying $82 a night, we payed $41 a night. Quite the savings!!! Value season is from Jan 2- Feb 12(approximately). We like it then because it isn't busy, the weather is a break from home(we're across the border from you in Windsor, Ontario, Canada). It isn't 80's but it's great for doing the parks. Schools haven't started Spring Break yet, we love it then. We did The Caribbean Beach Resort this year, because we did the 7 day land & sea, and it was very quiet then too. If you go to the Allears site, it will tell you when the different time rating are. Good luck. BTW, if you are doing the 1-75 thing, get the book, 1-75 Along the Way. It is so helpful, and entertaining. It lets you know what is at every exit, and lots of helpful tips. Let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi, thanks for the info... It was helpful. I was just wondering where did you book your reservations when you got $41.00 a night??? I just got a quote for $73.00 a night for the same time of the year. I realize this is 2 years later but I wouldnt think it would go up that much.

What is your check in date? You can check mousesavers.com to see if they have the 2006 "season" schedule out yet.

Your rate for the entire stay is based on the "season" of the first day you check in. So if you check in at value season and it runs into peak then you get a deal. But if you check in at peak, then it changes to value the next day you are paying the higher rate. If that is the case, make two reservations to get the different rates. It may just be that they haven't determined their value season yet for '06, so your rate is regular or peak.

we booked our FW trip through Sears here in Canada. Now from what I understand, if the first 7 days are in Value , you pay the value season rate. But if the last 5 days(for example) are peak season, you pay the last 5 days at peak season rate. So my advice to you is check when your vacation is intended for, and if you are flexible, make sure all nights fall in Value Season. Our package was 10 nights during Value Season with all passes for the 4 of us. We had length of stay passes , good for every day, every park, for everyone. We did our package through Sears Travel, if you paid with your Visa. Check and see if they have this package available again. It came out right after Halloween. Good luck.
