Busy days at Universal / IoA ?

I know what days to avoid at Disney due to Early Entry, but are there any days of the week at Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure that are busier than others and we should try to avoid.

We're going outside of peak time anyway, so I don't suppose it really matters (even the busiest day probably won't be THAT bad), but it would be useful to know anyway.

The end of the week is generally busier than the beginning. Saturdays are usually the busiest day. Sundays and Mondays are pretty quiet.
