Business center on magic?

I know that there is internet access on board but is there a PC available just for document work? My DD12 has to complete a 10 page autobiography while on board (missing 8 days of school). Rather than handwrite it, it would be quicker for her to type and print it out, especially since she needs two copies and it would look much nicer.

I wasn't planning on taking along my laptop, but if I need to I will. Surely, she can type something and print it out while on board, cant she? Does anyone know?

I am happy to say that I have never needed this access before, you won't find me doing ANY form of work while on board.

Why not do it before you cruise? Then she would be able to relax and enjoy the cruise also.

My thoughts exactly, however the teacher isn't agreeable to that. We will be gone 2 1/2 weeks and the teachers only make up their lesson plans a week in advance, so even though I told her teachers two weeks ago, she received her make-up work last night. With packing and all, none of it got done.

And to make matters worse, there are only 3 days of school left when we return so the teacher is asking that it be turned in on her first day back.

I can use the computers onboard but I don't think they will allow you to save your work to a CD. I would suggest taking the laptop so that you have it on your own computer and you can back it up on a floppy of CD in case of any computer problems on your end

They also charge a fee for printing a page $.25 per page
