Has anybody ridden the buses between the parks and the BW/SD/BY over the summer?
I stayed at BW in June and had a terrible experience with the buses. To list a couple of incidents; at one point we waited about an hour for a bus to DTD, on return runs BW patrons had to wait for the 5th stop till they reached BW. I wil limit my comments as to the bus delays at the parks. Generally, the wait times in seemed to be at the outer limits (20-30 min) if not in excess.
I called guest services after my stay and spoke with a CM who seemed concerned.
I was just wondering if they improved their service on that route.
