After the bus leaves FW en route to the parks, does it make additional stops at other resorts?

There are specific buses for each resort you are going to so it's a direct trip. One exception I know of if the Animal Kingdom bus which also stops at Blizzard beach.

Yes, usually FW and the Wilderness Lodge share a bus and bus stop at each of the parks. They also share the boat to the MK.
