Bus transportation from ASSports to Beach Club?

Hello,
My son will be travelling to WDW to visit his GF (in the intern program), in early September. He will only be in Disney for 3 days as he needs to return to college for classes. He will not be purchasing park tickets.
I am going to give him some leftover passes that we never used the Plus options on. They can go to PI and the water parks as there are 3 options on each pass.
He will be staying at the All Star Sports.
He would like to eat at Beaches & Cream.
Will he be able to take a WDW bus to DTD and then catch another bus to Beach Club?
Thanks for any info/suggestions you can offer.

Yes. He could also transfer at a park if it was during park hours. I guess AK would be closest. Or he could just jump on the first park bus that shows up & transfer at that park.

Or, he could take the bus to MGM and either walk or take the boat to the Beach Club.
