Bus to DTD from POP?

What time do the first buses go off from POP to DTD? Approximately?

We want to get to DTD to get a new pin on 10/15 and want to get there close to opening as possible. Pin is LE and Chip & Dale which DD LOVES!

Am also considering a cab. Anyone know approx cost for that?
