Bus stops to/from Disney Springs and BWV

During our upcoming October trip there may be times when only part of our group will want to go to Disney Springs while the others use our rental car. It sounds like the new bus stop is near the old Pleasure Island area. Does that mean that there is now only one stop at Disney Springs plus maybe a stop at Typhoon Lagoon, depending on the time of day? If that is the case then the bus trip wouldn't be quite as bad, although the original Marketplace area would be a little farther walk from the bus area. Any other comments about using a bus between BWV and Disney Springs would be welcome. TIA

When I was there in late June, all signs pointing toward busses, pointed toward the new bus area between the two new parking garages. It was my understanding the old bus area near the end of the Marketplace was no longer in service. So, I believe now there is only one bus stop. We went to DS from Kidani and the bus only stopped once and when we left to return to Kidani, the bus only stopped once. The busses we rode did not make a stop at TL and we were traveling during regular hours at TL.

It was also suggested in another post that if you are in the Marketplace, it might be less walking to take a boat from the Marketplace to the Landing and then you would be closer to the resort bus area, rather than walking all that way. I'm sure that would take more time, but might be more pleasant for someone that doesn't enjoy all the extra steps.

The market place bus stop is now used for non Disney hotels like the ones on hotel blvd and shades of green.
