Bus stops at SSR.

Does anyone know how many there are and in what order do they pick up? We were hoping to stay in the springs section since it is so close to the main building. Thanks.

Currently there are four stops, will be five after last section is open. below is the order of pick-up/drop-off

Carousel
Paddock
Congress Park
Springs

While we were there last week , there was a CM monitoring the buses during the day at SSR. He was recording times, destinations, etc. He said once the final section opens, there will be 6-7 stops.
But that's why they were doing the study, to hopefully alleviate any future problems.
He told us on any given day, there are 239 Disney buses on routes!

I was at SSR from Sun - Wed; on most of the trips, the buses made two stops in The Paddock. I guess it's a large enough area that it needs two stops.

The first stop of the Paddocks, is actually the Carousel stop. The Paddock bldgs closest to Congress Park, share the Congress Park bus stop.

I like the big oval the bus route takes. All bldgs are very close to a stop and there is no backtracking except that little turn around at Congress Park.

As posted, the stops are The Carousel, The Paddocks, Congress Park, and the Springs. The Grandstand will either be first or last and may have more than 1 stop, since the bldgs will extend from the Carriage House to the front gate.

I was there 9/29-10/2 and there did not seem to be an order to the stops, we were first once (Congress Park) and other times we were last, and also had times when there were still people on after we got off 2nd/3rd.

Since the resort is so big (and getting bigger) do they have/will they have increased bus service?

Yes, if you see my answer on this thread they were doing a study on this while we were at SSR. We were told there would be 6-7 stops once SSR is completed and they are aware that could be a problem, so they are already looking at how to handle it.
