Bus routes / stops in WDW

Is there anywhere I can find out what bus routes / stops there are within WDW (if this includes monorail / boat links then even better)?

Reason for this is that I'll be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge in October, but I'm hoping to drop in at other resort hotels for dining, for example:
- Coronado Springs, Pepper Market en route to an evening at MK
- Contemporary Resort, California Grill en route to an evening at MK
- Wilderness Lodge, Whispering Canyon Cafe

If there is no obvious or easy WDW transportation then it looks like I'll have to drive (and won't be able to sample any beers, wines, etc)

Other than driving yourself, here's what I see are the best ways to go:

AKL to CSR -- bus to AK, then bus to CSR (if AK is closed, then use MGM). From CSR, then take a bus to MK. At the end of the night, bus from MK back to AKL.

AKL to Contemporary -- bus to MK, then walk about 5 minutes or less from the bus stop to Contemporary, or take the monorail from outside MK to Contemporary (monorail does NOT require park admission). When you're done at Contemporary, walk back to MK, or you can take the monorail, but the monorail ride will be relatively long in this direction since you'll have stops at TTC, Polynesian, and Grand Floridian before getting to MK. At the end of the night, bus from MK back to AKL.


AKL to WL -- bus to MK, then boat to WL, Then again, you COULD catch a bus to AK and then from there a bus to WL. I have no idea which of those 2 would tend to be quicker. Reverse the process for the way back to AKL.
