bus questions

Okay I am so overwhelmed!!! This is our first trip to Disneyland...we are not getting a car for that reason. This is where we would like to go other than Disney. We will be staying at one of the neighbor hotels.
Knotts
Sea World
Universal

I have seem so many different things on here about different bus systems. Which ones should we be looking into. I would rather not unclude a ticket and bus trip in a package.

We did trips with Grayline to Knotts and Seaworld in October. The price included tickets into each as well.

We were collected from Hojos and taken to the central depot where we were then told which bus to get on. We had a full day at each park and were collected just after the park closed.
The journey to Sea World took about an hour but on the way there we were given info about the area by the driver and on the way back they had a dvd on we could watch so it didnt seem too long.
