I've only ever stayed at the moderates and the bus service there was always fine but it was so long ago that I've been to Disney it's hard to remeber. Only crowded buses we ever encountered though were coming back to the resort at night but I don't remeber having to stand for to long because people were nice enough to let me and my brothers sit when seats opened up.
Just wanted to share that I take public transit for a living and always have from highschool till now and it's never first come first serve, no one(atleast in the city) respects who was in line first especially teenagers. Older people and adults usually are nice enough that if you push your way in front and they realize you were there first or want to be first they will let you. Taking the trolley home from my school in highschool where the majority of riders were highschool teenagers it was if you didn't push your way on the bus you didn't get a seat or possibly get on at all. So I'm use to these type of senarios and I have to admit I don't remeber ever running into anything quite that bad at Disney World. Though if I had I don't think it would phase me as much as most people since I'm use to this type of behavior, adults are usually more civil though so i'm rather shocked that they would be pushing people to get on the bus, I would expect that from teenagers(no offense to teens but it's been my experience they are more pushy, I'm sure there are some teens not that way) but not adults.
