Yeah it is me.. and that is my wife in the cheer-leading outfit :rolleyes1

did you assume I was a female.. not all men are brutes..

I just spit out my drink! That's going to keep me laughing for quite a while! :rotfl2: Now I understand completely. You go, little man!

Sorry, but the kids love every vacation, usually 2 visits a year to WDW. Its sad how you equate a "violent idiot" to someone defending their children. I have already encountered the "gun" the "knife", and the multiple friends and here i stand, whats your point?? We are talking real life here, not what you see in the movies. Sorry if you are intimidated by someone who can handle themselves in just about any situation. In most pressure situations, you are trained to react first and a assess second, your life can depend on doing that well.....whats that old saying?? Its better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.....

emmm you must be law enforcement, they are usually the ones who react first then assess. As a rule of thumb for the lay person, they assess first, then react. If you don't assess (and fast) you may get yourself killed by (over) reacting..

For all you macho types that are going to kick some butt in a Disney park,, just realize if you do it will be the last time you do.

When you are escorted out, there are two options, either the OCSO meets you and takes you to jail, or you are escorted off Disney property, not just the park, even from your hotel, never to be allowed to return again. Ever.

I am sure that would be a definite Kodak moment for your kids. :sad2:

naaaaaaaaaaah....wrong there sammie. I had an issue several trips ago that had me in a disney security office. Look for my posts in the "bad bad boys undercover secuity" threads.....I defended a physical assault on my son in Poohs playful spot, dispatched the offending party and after a short visit with Disney security, I was on my way, never heard about it again, so sorry, but you have your facts wrong!!! Wish i had that kodak moment!!!

actually I am not a little man.. that was my husband who posted to you in response to that question.. and no, he isn' t a little man.. and guess what.. I didn't have to ASK him to be a stay at home mom.. that was my decision to make.. and I got to go to Disney/Universal roughly every 6 weeks... which equates to more than 3 or 4 times a year.. :cool1:
I have chosen to go back to work since my children are older.. I did not have to stay home for my husband. I didn't have to ask him to stay home, nor did I have to ask him to return to work. I have a relationship where we make decisions as a married couple, not a marriage who has a dominant person controlling the household...

she asked you to stay home....:lmao: OMG that would be the day I had to ask..

Wow, sorry, didnt realize how highly trained you are. I can give you 100's of examples where reacting first saved the lives of many people. Too many times if you take even an extra second to "assess" your wife gets that phone call she never wants to get at 3am.....

I have sooooo many things to say that could get me points right now! But I'm holding my tongue...after all, I am a woman, so what good would my opinion be?

LOL, same here, my day at that park would have been over right there and the other guy would have left on a stretcher!! Some people are way to passive...The OP mentioned the foul language in front of her child, when i hear that, i give ONE warning and let them know i dont want my children to hear that ( especially in a Disney Park) and if they persist, its lights out for them. When i am done with them, its a sure bet they will never do that again!!!!

Better to see Dad punch someone and get hauled off to jail than hear a four letter word?

You're not the language police. Just teach your kids that it's not appropriate to speak like that OR hit people because you don't agree with what they're doing/saying.

on the same token, unless you are law enforcement with back up, if you go into a situation without assessing you can get killed.. you see a fight as on the Disney bus, you go to physically break it up without knowing what can happen, that man's wife pulls out a gun and shoots both you and the driver.. then turns it onto other guests in the bus.. good going, now you got yourself, and others killed.. you just don't know what can happen. So yes, unless you have your back up, you cannot go into a situation without first accessing it.. and actually, I have had training on how to de-escalate fights.. without using brutal violence. So it doesn't make me a wimp not to physically fight.. nor does it make me a pansy.. nor a turn the other cheek person.. There are other ways to handle things.. to where others will not get hurt.

Wow, I'm impressed - it's take two of you (possibly imaginary - who knows) to try and argue or make a nonsensical point. But thanks for the long, useless explanation of your "marriage". That speaks volumes.

Oh, and believe it or not, some folks actually take vacations to places other than WDW! Since you live in FLA and WDW is all you can do that's fine but there are places like the Caribbean, Europe, Hawaii, etc. You should try it some time - just make sure your hubby agrees. :rotfl:

Nighty night!

A family trip to the World is never complete without a little visit to the security office.

Seriously - do you not see the difference between hitting someone who attacked your child and causing a fight because someone's swearing ?
Where do you draw the line, if there is a line at all ?

A Mickeyfan, no offense, but why do you keep replying to that guy ? Any second now he's gonna pull out a ruler and and tell you "I got a bigger one!!!".

I have.. even Mexico too.. you forgot that one.. not to mention to other areas of our own Country..

I have not lived in Fl all my life. If you have not seen by my gracious attitude (which we all have attitudes, just some of us have good attitudes) I am originally from NY, born and raised there for over 30 years.. not far out of Manhattan.. so I even have some culture and class in me.. :goodvibes

What kind of place you live in? Do you seriously think that someone dropping F-bomb infront of your kids somehow aim at their lives and need to be "terminated". Relax, you are not in any danger but dehydration, stop reacting and start thinking.

No offense taken....:goodvibes I get a kick out of "bothering" him.. I feel sorry for someone who has to continually state how strong he is, how big he is etc.. He is in need of attention... he is like the stray puppy dog that you find and feel sorry for.. so you feed it for a while before finding it a home.

In this case, I'd recommend calling animal control instead.

Wow, I've never heard that before, but I understand what it means:eek:

DH believes in this saying, but he's a cop. I can't see other people living by this standard on a daily basis.
