Bus between AK and Downtown Disney over?

I read that the direct bus between Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney would finish on October 31st. Any update on this?

I read somewhere that the bus service to/from AK to DD will now have reduced hours from 3:00 P.M. until the AK closes.

I read somewhere that the bus service to/from AK to DD will now have reduced hours from 3:00 P.M. until the AK closes.

The service always started at 3 p.m.; the cutback to end 1 hour after AK close happened a couple of weeks after the service started.

The last I heard, it was still considered a test, and scheduled to end on 10/31. If it's been extended, nothing has been officially announced to cm's.

Does anyone know if this direct bus is still available and, more importantly, whether it will be available over the December holiday period?

I don't know if they're going to add it back, but according to easyWDW, the test run has finished (i.e., no bus service between AK and DTD).
