Burning car at Epcot

A friend at Epcot posted a picture of a car that was burning in the parking lot. He thought it was hit by lightening. Anyone know anything?

How would a bolt of lightning light a car on fire?

Like in xmen or transformers?

It was lightning pretty bad yesterday and the storms were pretty rough. But I also heard that the car got struck by lightning and it caught fire. Which Is quite possible and I do believe it was also on the local news this morning.

Thank you for sharing. I am glad that the rental company and Disney took such good care of them. I don't know why this bothered me so much but glad to know the people are okay.

hi it was my rental car we could to believe what happened, but we were all on the the living on land ride at the time so all safe annd we were well looked after by disney
