I'm sorry, but I don't understand how the switch away from TRANS FATS could possibly alter how a HAMBURGER tastes? Can you elaborate please?
Trans fats are artificially produced fats, like partially hydrogenated soybean oil, that are used in lieu of naturally occurring animal fats in things like baked goods and processed foods, because they are cheaper.
A hamburger does NOT contain "trans fats". So, I'm not sure how the hamburgers could have possibly changed.
Are you talking about the switch to the whole grain bread? Or the meat itself?
And, just at Cosmic Ray's? Or everywhere? Because as far as I know, WDW's hamburgers (as well as ALL their food) is from the same supplier for the whole property, and comes from a central location, so a hamburger from Cosmic Ray's is the same as a hamburger from anywhere else on WDW property.
I like the hamburgers at WDW, but I haven't been since 2007, and I'm going back in March, so I'm wondering what you're talking about. As far as I'm concerned, if all they've changed is the bread, that's a good thing. I HATE white bread...whole wheat is all good with me. It's about freaking time WDW started offering some fiber with their fast food.
