That's weird - on the Photography board, there's a post of pictures from AKV, and one of the people posted their room, which had a bunk bed in it...
ETA - it's post #15 on the first page of the AKV photos thread...

Remember that the more "guaranteed" booking options there are, the greater the chances of not getting the reservation you want.
I wish they would put bunk beds in some of the studios - it would be nice for families who like to stay in the studios and have kids who do not like to sleep together.
No one listens to me though.![]()
I thought I read the new THV will have a set of bunk beds in the third bed room.
Denise in MI
I agree, as a mother of DD (age 13) & DS (age 10). We have to bring an air mattress.
It would be great if the rooms had one full sleeper sofa and one chair with a twin sleeper.![]()
Disney is about dreaming!![]()
I read the same, Denise. But those THV will probably require a whole lot of points since they won't have any studios, one bedrooms or two bedrooms. But what they do have (three bedrooms) will compare to a two bedroom since they only sleep 9. And no king bed.
I won't be staying in THV.
Yes, If you have a boy and a girl, two queens are not a good option. If people are opposed to bunk beds, this would be a perfect solution. I really don't want to have to lug an aero bed on the plane. I also really don't care to have them sleeping on the floor.
I would love to see this setup in a studio, the one bedrooms use more points for a vacation than I would like to spend. They would not have to be in all the studios, just some. What do y'all think.
C'mon Disney, I'll bet you'd sell even more dvc points. I know I'd consider it.![]()
