Leaving for Disney in 4 days and my wisdom teeth are coming in... They are killing me! And I think it's affecting my ear, nose, and throat... I feel like poop. I called the dentist today but they were closed already. I was really looking forward to Ohana's on our first night. Looks like I'll be surviving off Dole Whips and milkshakes.:sad1:

Oh, you poor thing!:grouphug: My wisdom teeth were impacted but I remember my twelve year molars coming through and I cried. I remember my mom telling me to remember that pain so that when I became a mother I would know what my babies were feeling when they were teething. I never forgot how horrible that pain was! I bet the pain will subside by the time you are in WDW.

You might want to try to get into the ER or call your doctor. I went when my wisdom teeth were coming in and my Dr. gave me some liquid codine for the pain.

I'll tell you, Space Mountian will never be the same and the Whinnie the Pooh ride was downright trippy.

It was still fun and I took half doses so I wouldn't get sleepy.

Good advice.

Mine took well over a year to come in, from when I was 16 until about 18. They didn't hurt, though.

I'd get some pain killers. But remember, especially during the day, I'd take half the amount. Or you can ask your doctor about taking half with advil or tylenol. And remember, I'd get some colace as well! Or other really good constipation medicine (sorry, tmi).

My wisdom teeth began coming in while I was in college. Went to the dentist, who referred me to an oral surgeon. Surgeon said I had plenty of room back there and to let them come in. I was miserable for months. They didn't all come in at the same time, but one at a time and one after another...naturally. I sure know how miserable babies are when they're cutting teeth. It was a constant aching, all day and all night, that, at times, made me sick to my stomach. Worst couple months EVER!

Silver lining is no surgery, perfectly straight teeth and now it's a very distant memory.

I would see if you can get some pain meds from your PCM if your Dentist is unavailable. That should help you till you get back.
