I just had to change my brand new, just made this morning ressie, for SW so that I could fly out of Philly but fly back into Baltimore. I live in Delaware so I'm right in the middle, but I digress. I called SW up, explained my plight and before I was even finished explaining the CSR had my flights switched and gave me a credit of the difference to boot. I was not charged any fees.
