I have been having this issue for days as well Dave. I rang my bank and they said that my card is clear to use in France (which I already knew) and that there had been no request for monies for them to even refuse. I then rang Disney customer service and she said as it was on the website, she could not help me! I have also tried another card with no joy.
So I am stuck. I want the tickets, my date is available but I cannot buy!!!!!![]()
I had this issue all the time on my old card with the co-operative bank. Luckily, since switching to Natwest I've not had any issues.
Can the customer service team not sell you the same tickets over the phone? It's a bit bad of them to just say 'tough luck'.
