I have been having this issue for days as well Dave. I rang my bank and they said that my card is clear to use in France (which I already knew) and that there had been no request for monies for them to even refuse. I then rang Disney customer service and she said as it was on the website, she could not help me! I have also tried another card with no joy.

So I am stuck. I want the tickets, my date is available but I cannot buy!!!!! :crazy2:

I had this issue all the time on my old card with the co-operative bank. Luckily, since switching to Natwest I've not had any issues.

Can the customer service team not sell you the same tickets over the phone? It's a bit bad of them to just say 'tough luck'.

I tried again yesterday with a third card and still got the cancellation thingy. So, I am going to try phoning customer service again later and see if I get a more helpful CM or possibly try the French number.

So, I rang customer service again and the CM put me through to DLP to speak to them and a lovely French CM booked it for me over the phone - it took quite a while, but I now have a booking number and the email should come through in the next couple of days. I am to take the confirmation email to BBWWS and they will give us our tickets.

If you are not a French resident, please call one of the numbers below.
7 days a week (Paris time) :
From Monday to Friday 9.15am - 8.00pm
On Saturday from 10.15am - 6.45pm
On Sunday from 10.15am - 5.45pm

- UK: 0844 8 008 898*

The * is to denote that calls are charged at UK national call rate

Once I explained my issue to the CM in the USA (where the calls route through to) she transferred me to France. Hope that helps.

Yes, but its not a free for all on the drinks, its when they come round and serve them:)
