Buffalo at Trail's End? UPDATE BELOW!!!

I asked this on the dining boards and did not get much of a response. The last 2 times we were at Trail's, they had Buffalo on the carving Station. My DH loved it and wants it again. How often have you seen it there?

We made 2 ADR's hoping that if it wasn't there the first night, maybe we'll get lucky the second!

I know they have it on the menu at Artist Point, but my DS3 and DS6 are not ready for AP yet...or is it that AP isn't ready for them?

I have had buffalo there alot, if not at the carving station, in a stew they serve with a variety of game meats - buffalo, turkey and venison.

I have had it at TE a couple of times. I havent noticed a pattern on frequency though. I am sure if you asked them they could tell you.
It seems to be a popular item.

Hmmm, we've eaten at Trail's end dozens of times and I'd say more then 1/2 the time Buffalo has been there. The first time our server, Joy, said Buffalo, I thought she was pulling our legs!!! But it was for real.
I know the menu changes daily~ but I have asked in advanced a server what day a certain meat was going to be on the buffet. I prefer Turkey~ so I always ask ahead of time.

Went to Trail's End twice this week and Top Round is now the only meat being served on the carving station. I inquired about the Buffalo and they said they are no longer offering it, only the Top Round

Yep, I asked about this, too, when I was there on Wednesday. My server said they no longer had the buffalo.
