Budget registration email gone wrong

Hi i registered with budget here https://registrations.carrentalsupport.com/index.php?partnercode=e=&bookedBrand=Budget
Filled in all information and waited for the email which came but looks like parts are missing from it.Lots of little boxes with red crosses the only thing readable is....This is a system generated e-mail.
Please do not respond to this e-mail as no individual will receive this e-mail.
You have successfully registered the reservation number 28*********

Should i have more info and how do i add a second driver.:confused3 :confused3 :confused3
 
Sounds like exactly what I got, no info on the email just like you say "You have successfully registered the reservation number 28*********"

Is it your your spouse you are wanting to add? If it is then they are automatically included on the policy, I offered DW's licence at the kiosk 1st August, he told me it was not needed on record, the policy covered her. If not spouse you will have to sort out at kiosk as you can't add online.
 
The little red boxes just mean the pictures haven't loaded properly. Try refreshing, or going out and into the email again.

If it's an automated one, it's probably one saying they've recieved your booking and should send a personalise email soon.

If not, email them and ask what they have on their system for your booking, and add another driver while you're talking to them. :D
 
Its my partner i want to add altough i doubt she will ever drive over there.
Have tried opening and closing email but still the same must be a glitch at there end.So i don't need worry to much then! Where do i go to pick up car as ive always used dollar and gone to there desk. :)

cheers all just need to book somewhere to stay now
 

Have you tried right clicking and selecting "DOwnload pictures" if you are using vista it won't download anything using flash software until you tell it to - protects your computer from possible virus.

You go direct the the parking lot, its up a level over the top of Dollar, escalator was easy enough for us. The kiosk is split into 2 halves, right for people collecting keys who have been to the deks in the airport and left for pre reg, fastbreak customers. I used for 1st time in August and was impressed with them, like you used Dollar before.
 
Cheers but are you talking about sanford or orlando international.we come into sanford and i can't remember the escalators. :thumbsup2
